Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

During a suspension, access to the account, its balance, and all pending transactions will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any frozen balance made available. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed in accordance with the relevant Terms provisions.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your lucky555 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@lucky555. Before closing your account, any outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied or any active bonuses forfeited. Remaining real-money balances (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe following satisfactory KYC completion.
Self-Exclusion
